At The Salty Inspector, we use a customized, narrative style written report that is easy for our client to understand. We believe that each property is unique, and pre-formatted, checklist style reports do not allow detailed disclosure of the inspection findings. Our reports include digital photographs of any areas of concern, and our recommended action for each item. By providing this information, our Client, in addition to any Real Estate Agents and Contractors who may review the reports can visually verify any conditions we’ve noted.
